Workflows within in-house magazines are often hampered by inefficiencies, miscommunication, and difficulty maintaining uniformity between different contributors. This can lead to delays, inconsistent output, and decreased team productivity. Our goal was to design an innovative tool that would increase efficiency, ensure uniformity, and facilitate easier communication, allowing these three roles to work together seamlessly.
Introducing Hiveos – a groundbreaking design tool tailor-made for interior magazine teams. Hiveos bridges the gap between managers, designers and researchers, transforming the way projects are planned, executed and delivered. It’s more than just a tool – it’s the ultimate collaboration solution.

Paper Prototypes
- The manager’s screen: containing everyone’s work plan, showing that the manager is the leader and planner of the entire project. It includes the project goals and detailed work allocation for each time period.
- The researcher’s screen: there are the interview informations from potential users, market trends research, competitor analysis, and the research goal assigned by the manager and the designer.
- The designer’s screen: includes the digital magazine and different function needed for designing.

Our main goal is to highlight the importance of each role in the project and to make this tool help them better cooperate with each other and improve everyone’s efficiency by using different functions.
