The Problem: Inefficient Workflows in Interior Magazine Teams
Interior magazine teams often struggle with inefficiencies, miscommunication, and inconsistent output. These challenges slow down workflows, create delays, and reduce team productivity. Managing contributions across different roles can feel like a juggling act-one that often results in frustration and wasted time.
Our Solution: Hiveos
Introducing Hiveos-a groundbreaking design tool tailor-made for interior magazine teams. Hiveos bridges the gap between managers, designers and researchers, transforming the way projects are planned, executed and delivered. It’s more than just a tool-it’s the ultimate collaboration solution.
Research-Driven Approach: Personas
We started by creating three detailed personas-representing the manager, designer, and researcher-to capture their roles, responsibilities, and daily challenges. By mapping their workflows, we identified key pain points and opportunities to enhance their experience.
Research-Driven Approach: User Journey Maps
To deepen our insights, we built a multi-user journey map. This tool allowed us to visualize each role’s unique needs and frustrations, ensuring that our design decisions were user-centered and impactful.
Paper Prototypes for Clarity and Efficiency
- The Manager’s Screen: A clear project roadmap with timelines, work allocations, and goals, making leadership seamless.
- The Researcher’s Screen: A hub for user interviews, market research, competitor analysis, and assigned research objectives.
- The Designer’s Screen: A workspace for creating the digital magazine, featuring all essential design tools and functionalities.
Our main goal is to highlight the importance of each role in the project and to make this tool help them better cooperate with each other and improve everyone’s efficiency by using different functions.

We applied tangible interface design principles to create a system that feels natural, guiding users through their workflows effortlessly. By blending physical and digital elements, we made Hiveos more engaging, efficient, and user-friendly.
